Practice Notes
- Strong emotional responses are common.
- Emotions do not overwhelm; resistance does.
- The group’s role is context, not cure.
Marginal Annotation
Pain persists when it is resisted as content.
When held in context, it reorganises itself.
Context-Oriented Arts Note
- Tape makes pain visible and external.
- Story reconnects sensation to relationship.
- Meaning is not imposed; it emerges through witnessing.
Entropy Footnote
Pain is an attempt to contain disorder internally.
This algorithm redistributes that burden into shared context, reducing internal resistance and allowing re-integration.
